Shipping Methods
Please allow 24 hours for your order to process and ship.
All standard shipment orders placed online will be sent via UPS, with the following exceptions:
- Please allow 4-7 days for delivery for standard shipment orders.
- Please allow 8-12 Business days for shipping out of the USA.
For added convenience, we also offer 2nd Day Delivery. Unfortunately, shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses are restricted and must be handled by the U.S. Post Office. The United States Postal Service has restrictions that prohibit shipments of coffee to certain APO/FPO addresses - click here to see all restricted zip codes
All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery orders of in-stock merchandise received by 1:00 P.M. CST are shipped the same day.
PLEASE NOTE: To ensure quality, certain food items may be shipped separately. Some Gift basket items may be substituted with similar items of equal value, when required. Prices are subject to change.
Gift Wrapping
We will attractively package your gifts for only $3.95 per item ( Which will appear automatically in your shopping cart.) We will also send you a letter acknowledgement that your gift has been sent. Please use the message section on the order form for your gift message.
Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send an email to sales@goldenroastcoffee.com with all your contact information and someone will get in touch with you.
Golden roast coffee wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and offers a 10 day return on our equipment products. Please email us at sales@goldenroastcoffee.com to arrange a return BEFORE you ship the equipment. Equipment must be returned in the original packaging in un-opened new condition to receive a refund.
Non food merchandise that has been opened/Un-used may be returned within 10 days and a refund be issued within 30 business days of receipt of the returned item, minus our original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
Merchandise such as freshly roasted coffee that has been un-opened. We offer a 7 day return, however we must be contacted at sales@goldenroastcoffee.com to arrange for the return. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.

What customer information is collected?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
We do not collect personal or business information unless it is voluntarily provided.
Will the information be given to third parties?
We will not sell, trade, rent, or give individually identifying information to third parties.
